How much does it cost?

Registration for the camp costs $200. This includes all camp activities, food, and lodging for the week.

What age must I be to go?

The age range for Texas Youth Conference is 17 to 35. If you are baptized, you can go below the age of 17.

How can I pay for the camp?

You can pay by cash or check. If paying by cash, pay on the first day of camp. Make checks payable to: Christadelphians Or Texas Youth Conference. 

We cannot accept a check made out to TYC.

Who is picking me up?

Travel arrangements are being made through different brothers and sisters. They should contact you at least one week before your flight.

I am arriving a couple of days before the camp starts, and leaving a couple of days after the camp ends. Where will I be staying?

At houses of the brothers and sisters in the city you flight in and out of

How long does it take to get to the camp?

It depends on where you are traveling from.

Austin – 3 hours
Abilene – 4 hours
Houston – 2 to 3 hours

How much clothes should be bring?

How much clothes you bring is entirely up to you. Some people bring an outfit everyday and others bring a couple of outfits and interchange them. So, that can range from a carry-on sized bag, to a checked sized bag, depending on how many times you wear a particular item.

I would suggest having one nice outfit for memorial, a couple of sets of clothes for the discussion groups, a couple of sets of play clothes, and of course make sure the essentials fit like toiletries and your towel.

Should I bring some clothes to get dirty in?

Yes, I would suggest at least one shirt and pair of pants you don’t mind getting dirty in, from either sports or crazy olympics.
